Storyline: By episode 7, by the magic of God knows what, the female lead suddenly can’t decide between the two guys who’ve confessed to her and instead chooses to play the field, saying she likes them both. That’s a complete 180 from her behavior. Also, the male lead is portrayed as a clingy, jealous baby. It’s like both the leads drank a magic potion of stupid provided by the writer.
The male lead instead of spending precious moments with his dying mother, instead decides to run around the female lead trying to get his attention. All the character development until ep 5-6 goes out the window, along with the storyline and quite possibly the interest of the viewers with episode 7. The drama crew probably wanted to start a love triangle between Joo-in, Bi-soo and whatshisname (who surprisingly has just one expression on his face because apparently his script described his character to act goofy at all times) but this drama should know when not to kdrama. So, they used the love triangle plot.
What’s next? Bi-soo is going to die(the angel guy said he just extended Bi-soo’s lifespan by a short while) so he meets an accident. Then we’ll have the female lead finding out about it and rushing to be on his side, realizing she loved him all along. He survives but loses his memory and she tries to win his heart again (because kdrama has to kdrama).
