The episode follows the 37-year-old biologist Blanca (played by Diana Gómez) as she continues navigating her new job at a high-stakes fertility clinic. After being brought in by the clinic’s boss, Andreu, to balance out the harsh, hyper-rational, and brutally honest demeanor of the clinic’s star embryologist, Hèctor (David Verdaguer), Blanca finds herself directly dealing with the heavy emotional and ethical realities of the patients.
